Week of 7/19

So unfortunately I haven’t been able to post because I was at a volleyball camp! My school coach takes our phones away for the week but he did film me participating. The week definitely had its ups and downs but I feel like I‘ve learned more about my teammates and how to be a better teammate. While at camp, SMSU was very kind to let me use their weight room facilities to continue to do my pt. Overall it was a fun and exhausting week! Now onto Monday where we head to Sioux Falls to compete in a preseason tournament! Below is a video of me doing a passing drill working on j-stroking to my partners behind me!
