It’s been a crazy past 2 weeks with my school volleyball really starting up. Physical therapy has been going well and I’ve been conquering my fear of failing while jumping. This has improved my overall mood during my workouts and I’m back to it being my release. At practice I serve, serve receive, and do footwork mostly because that’s the safest thing for me at the moment. Today we tested out approach verticals and mine was at 110” and for being 5 months post op is pretty good. We have our first game on Thursday and although I won’t get to play it’ll be fun starting a normal year again without all the covid stuff. I have physical therapy Wednesday so I’ll update with video then!
