Unfortunately I forgot to have videos taken today but I’m officially past 5 months so I’ve started jumping more and doing more loading! I did planks, lots of squats, 12” box jumping, and some running! My form conti to improve so I can progress to the next level whi have is very exciting. After pt today, I went to my first sports psychology appointment to mentally go through my blocks and it really helped. It was eye opening not just to why I play the way I play but I found out that there are many more levels to myself than I thought. I learned some visual techniques to help calm my thoughts about re-injuring and I’m very excited to continue on the journey. I’m hoping this will help my mind get back in shape with my body. I finished the day off with helping out at captains practice and I had a blast!
