Today was a super good session and workout! I tried some new things with squats, lunges, and leg press. Squats and lunges was just making the move more challenging by adding weight. Leg press was made more challenging by adding weight but also preparing my knee for the load that comes with jumping in a few months. My strength improves day by day and overall I was proud of myself for how today’s session went. Unfortunately I have started only going once per week but I’m going to start going to a gym so I’ll be making posts about that!
