Woah it's been a hot minute. I should know how to manage my time better by now but I'm still learning. Anyway, PT was great last week and today. I have added weighted extensions, sled pulls, new arm exercises, and sumo deadlifts. This is all super exciting and going really well. I have my 3 months appointment next week which is scary but I'm excited to see my progress with testing. Weight distribution is something that hasn't been my strong suit and I have to continue to work on. I am now using an electronic device that tells me where my weight is. It's not that I'm not putting my weight on my right foot it's that as I get deeper in depth I get sloppy and allow my right hip to pike up to take off the pressure from my knee. This is a bad habit but it improves everyday. This wouldn't be a recovery process if I didn't have something that I needed to work on. Hopefully with my improving form it translates into my volleyball skills too.
