I was so exhausted from the workout I got yesterday I passed out and totally forgot to update. Yesterday I did the same workout but added new abs in and let me tell you they definitely make you shake. I was still at my same measurements so I’m doing really well. Mentally this injury is more exhausting than physically so some days are tougher than others and that was this past weekend because I watched my team play. Seeing them play just made me want to too and I got over it but it took a few minutes. Also my at home BFR came today so I’m super excited to start getting better workouts at home!
