ABOUT ME

Hi my name is Regan Reker. In February I suffered a possible career ending injury but when I went down I said one thing "I don't want to be done playing, let me get up." I couldn't possibly get up with my complete ACL tear and three complex meniscus tears. I was escorted off the court and to the local emergency room department by EMT's. Now, after surgery (March 8, 2021) I am on my way to recovery so I can play volleyball again. This blog is a safe space for me to share my challenges and accomplishments. My dream is to play volleyball in college, this injury has set back my dream but it will not end it.
